The Journey to Jazz

 
Singing has always been the most important form of expression for Lynn Glazer. From a very early age, Lynn has performed both as a solo and ensemble vocalist. Early in Lynn's career, she was a songstress at popular night clubs in Toronto, Canada. Following this, her classical vocal training continued and she branched out into musical theatre. Ms. Glazer's musical theatre involvement rekindlled her love for jazz singing in the intimate Toronto club settings.  Lynn is thrilled to be currently singing jazz standards out and about town!! 






Musical influences include Ella Fitzgerald, Nancy Wilson, Carmen McRae, Sarah Vaughan, Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Dinah Washington, Natalie Cole, Nina Simone, Shirley Horn, Astrud Gilberto, Sheila Jordan, Dionne Warwick, Joan Sutherland, Judy Garland, and Gerald Isaac, to name a few.
